They think I am suffering because I am without God, and that I am suffering without realizing how much I am suffering.  What they don't realize is, I am most free, and most happy without Him, and it's infuriating to have to keep insisting people stop trying to save you when you're not only perfectly happy, but also perfectly capable of saving yourself even if you're not.
